Childbirth Education Series
**NOTE: The upcoming January 2nd - 4th series will combine this curriculum into 3 evenings.**
Wisdom Within presents a six-week childbirth eduation class encompassing everything we believe a birthing woman and her family should know, designed to help each student have a beautiful birth and a great start with their new family.
The curriculum below combines many different birthing strategies and relaxation techniques (Lamaze, Bradley, Birthing From Within) to ensure that each student has a “tool box” full of everything they need to have a healthy, safe birth. Whether you are planning a home birth, hospital birth or undecided, this series is designed to build excitement and alleviate fears in the awe-inspiring and natural journey of pregnancy and birth.

Week 2: The Sequence of Normal Labor and Delivery
Week 3: Evidence-Based Interventions
Week 4: Postpartum Physical and Emotional Care for the New Mom
Week 5: Postpartum Physical and Emotional Care for the New Baby
Week 6: Birth Art and Class Potluck

Cost for Full Six-Week Series: $60.00/couple or individual
Scholarships: Wisdom Within believes everyone is entitled to this education. One of our primary purposes as a nonprofit organization is to provide this education to the public. Please take advantage of our scholarships if the cost of the class is a hindrance.
