2011 Reproductive Wellness Symposium: Coming of Age
Presenting Sex Eduation Curricula in Colorado and Beyond
The Sex Ed Curricula program will be a collection of presentations of curriculum used in various schools and organizations. There will be a representative from each school or organization who will give a 15-20 minute brief description of the curriculum they use, how many times a year it's offered, possibly the philosophy behind the curriculum and other interesting points.
The intention of this program is to present different curricula, not to make any curriculum, organization or school right or wrong. Wisdom Within simply seeks to educate the audience on different ways material can be presented.
All of the 2011 Reproductive Wellness Symposium events are FREE and open to the public. Wisdom Within is a 501(c)3 volunteer-ran, nonprofit organization that depends on community donations to operate. Please consider donating to Wisdom Within at some point during the weekend if you would like to see more events such as this one brought to the greater Ark Valley in the future.
